We really wanted to find more ways to support our amazing customers during these uncertain times, so we decided to raid our personal fabric stash and took a little break from pouring wax to stitch up some protective face masks. However, our supplies were limited, so we have decided to place a PURCHASE LIMIT OF 1 PER PERSON on our masks at this time. Orders of more than one mask will be cancelled and refunded. This way we are able to get them in the hands of as many people as possible.

SPECIFICATIONS:

- Adult, one size fits most
- Two layers of tightly woven 100% cotton fabric
- 1/4" elastic ear loops
- Flexible nose wire for a more custom fit
- Washable and reusable
- Pattern placement will vary

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Hand or machine wash with detergent and hot water
- Air dry or tumble dry on medium heat
- Iron to reshape as needed, taking care to avoid the elastic straps
- Discard any masks that no longer cover your nose and mouth, have damaged straps, or have holes or tears in the fabric

PLEASE NOTE: While cloth face masks can help protect you and others, they are NOT guaranteed to prevent you from contracting COVID-19. The use of face masks is not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands, and refraining from touching your face. Follow the latest advice of the CDC and your own health care professionals as to how best to keep yourself safe.

DUE TO THE PERSONAL NATURE OF THIS ITEM, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. In stock items typically leave our studio within 3-5 business days. Made to order items will have a lead time listed in the item's description. All orders are carefully packaged for shipment in our best effort to ensure that your candles and melts arrive safely.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks from shipping date. International customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them your provided tracking number. Laughing Crow Candle Co. is not responsible for stolen packages, lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"), or any other delays/errors made by the Post Office.

RETURNED ORDERS
Please verify that you have provided the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it. If you choose not to have it resent, we will refund you the cost of the items less the original shipping fees.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned or refunded. If there has been an error on our part or you have received a defective item, you may return any unused product within 7 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, customers must make arrangements with us prior sending any items back. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Refunds will be given for the item cost only, shipping costs are non-refundable. Candle accessories and wax warmers are final sale.
